Program Benefits

Introductory Assessment

Your first interaction with your personal trainer will be an introductory personal training assessment. The assessment is designed to help your trainer evaluate your current fitness level, any potential health risks, and/or prior injuries to establish safe and attainable fitness goals and set the foundation for your physical progress throughout the program.

Individualized Fitness Plan

We will create an individualized and custom tailored fitness plan based on your personal training assessment to not only help you meet your fitness goals faster, safer and more effectively, but also learn the benefits 

of exercise on overall well-being. 

 

One-on-One Virtual Training

Each program package includes 30-minute virtual training sessions with detailed video demonstrations and instruction from your personal trainer. 

Ensuring Continued Success

As we track and adjust your program to maintain success based on your progress, you will have access to a dedicated personal trainer who will provide real-time support to keep you accountable and provide fresh perspective, motivation and inspiration throughout the duration of your program.

Alice Smith, CHP, Personal Trainer

Alice Smith is a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. After failing at WW and countless other programs, Alice found the low carb community and has since lost 60lbs through lifestyle change and the support of her family. Alice has walked with hundreds of clients working towards their goals. She is passionate about helping others break free from the chains of food addiction and recognizes the impact of a low carb lifestyle through lived experience.

Am I required to commit?

Yes, all enrollees are expected to commit to the entirety of the program.

Can I sign up for personal training without being enrolled in a program?

You must be previously or currently enrolled in a program with Dr. Tro’s Medical Weight Loss to sign up for personal training.

How often do I meet with my personal trainer?

You will establish your meeting cadence with your personal trainer at the onset of your program based on your selected package.
